Arrival
For Kyla and Tyler's guests there will be plenty of activity options during their stay at Horseshoe Bay Restort, like swimming, playing tennis, and golfing.
For out of town guests arriving at the Austin International Airport, Kyla and Tyler have rented a party bus to transport them to Horseshoe Bay Resort. The guests will be staying at the resorts hotel a short walk from the ceremony and reception site.
As guests arrive to the ceremony they will see the beautiful space that overlooks the beautiful lake and surrounding hills. Kyla and Tyler will have a gold and glass monogram sign adorned with beautiful flowers greeting the guests.
After the ceremony, the guests will be asked to head towards the reception area on the Astor lawn that looks out over the water and is located directly next to the Yacht Club. To help find their seat, Kyla and Tyler have provided an escort card table with glasses of white wine topped with the escort card.
As guests make their way to their chairs they will hear the beautiful string quartet welcoming them. They will also find wedding programs that match the invitations they received.
